Pet Stains

Pet stains are amongst the most difficult ones to remove. Urine can form crystals when it dries. These crystals get embedded into the fabric texture and are difficult to remove. Over time, the urine crystals oxidize the fabric altering the structure of dyes in it. This can leave permanent marks on the fabric which are not easy to recover. Similarly, in the case of fecal material, large stains are formed. These stains are really difficult to be cleaned.

At Chair Clean, we use special cleaning solutions. These solutions dissolve the urine crystals and fecal matter stuck in the fabric. As it softens, we extract it using a vacuum with a high pull. After the solid particles are removed, we use special shampoos. The shampoos clean any leftover spots and speckles. In case the fabric has received permanent color damage, we re-dye the area. This is done to recover the original vibrant fabric.

Pet Odors

As pet urine dries in crystal forms, the smell disappears for a while. But, these crystals are hydrophilic in nature. They can absorb the moisture from the environment and get oxidized. During their oxidization, these crystals can release poisonous pungent gases. The same is the case with pet feces. These can also release undesirable odors when placed in a damp environment.

We use special solutions to dampen the area of the accident. This solution goes deep into the carpet fabric. Also, it disentangles all the urine particles stuck in there. Once the particles are loosened and removed, it will take away any unpleasant odors. By the end of service, the stains and odors are gone with an accuracy of 99.9%.

How do we spot the area of the accident?

We use special UV torches to identify the area of the accident. As the light shines over a damp area, it will change the color. This indicates the presence of any fecal material or urine salts. We not only target the main area of the accident but also the little spots where the drops might have fallen. This helps us in the complete removal of odors otherwise they can still remain there.
